有过几年法律翻译经验的人可能都不会小看‘审判’二字，因为这个词实在有点太灵活。在翻译时，它既可以作动词、也可作名词、还可以做形容词。如果要把把“审判”一词译成英语，可没有这么方便。它总是因为场合的不同而必须有不同的译法。
我们把审判的翻译大致分类一下，一共可以分为五大类。供大家参考。
