法律翻译切莫盲目逐字翻译

法律英语中，有许多词语是长期以来形成的固定用语，有其固定的含义。不管是英文译中文还是中文译英文，如果逐字的去翻译，就算每个字都翻译正确，最后的意思也可能相差十万八千里。下面举例说明，

备注一：按照WTO法律文件的标准译法，在中国设立的外国律师事务所才称为foreign law firms。而国内的涉外律师事务所应译为 foreign affairs lawyer office 或者 foreign-related law firms。
