Amendments modifying or extending the Contract shall be binding upon both parties only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized officer or representative of each party.
如果不可抗力事件持续时间超过六（6）个月，双方应通过协商决定变更协议以反映不可抗力事件对履行本合同的影响，抑或终止本协议。
The Parties shall, through consultations, decide whether to alter the Agreement to reflect the effects of the event of force majeure on the performance of this Agreement or to terminate the Agreement in the event that such force majeure persists for a period of six (6) months or more.
倘若在该通知发出后三十（30）天内，争议未能通过协商解决，双方应将争议提交至中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会上海分会（“仲裁机构”）依据其规则和规定进行仲裁。If the dispute cannot be settled through consultation within thirty (30) days after such notice is given, the Parties shall submit the dispute to China International Trade Arbitration Committee, Shanghai Branch (“Arbitration Institute”) to be arbitrated according to its rules and regulations.
