法律翻译时切不可望文生义
法律英语中有许多的词看上去都没有什么区别,但实际上意思却相差甚远。因为法律英语中有许多词语是在长期的历史进程中逐步形成的,形式与含义都比较固定。所以翻译的时候切不可望文生义。

delivery note 和 delivery order这两个词组看上去很相似,但却蕴含这几乎完全不同的法律含义。大家在翻译这两个词的时候千万不要搞混,一字之差,就会引起严重的法律后果。
